Our client, wealth manager Titan Wealth, this week completed its transaction with Parthenon Capital, formalising the strategic partnership between the two businesses.
Parthenon is a leading U.S. private equity firm with deep financial services expertise and a strong track record and reputation in the wealth management sector. Following closing, Parthenon will become the majority shareholder in Titan.
