Our client One Four Nine Group, an independent financial advice and fund management group, has recently acquired Glasgow-based APC Financial Solutions & Consultancy Services – its fourth acquisition since it launched in October 2021.
The acquisition expands the business’ footprint into Scotland and it increases assets under management (AUM) to around £650m across 2,000 clients and takes staff numbers to 50.
Thistle Initiatives was engaged by One Four Nine Group to undertake compliance due diligence on the acquisition of Chartered Financial Planners, APC Financial Solutions & Consultancy Services.
