Our client Preservation Capital Partners, a private equity firm, has, subject to FCA approval, become the major shareholder of Saltus Group.

Preservation Capital Partners will back Saltus’ existing management team and strategy, in a regime of continuity, with the ambition to become one of the most prominent and highest quality wealth management providers in the UK.

The Investments team at Thistle Initiatives was engaged by Preservation Capital Partners to undertake compliance due diligence to become a majority shareholder of London based Wealth Management firm Saltus.
