Thistle Initiatives Supports Titan Wealth in Acquisition of Loveday & Partners
On April 15, 2024, Titan Wealth announced the completion of the purchase of advisory firm Loveday & Partners. A longstanding client of Thistle Initiatives, Titan Wealth engaged our Mergers and Acquisitions team to assess Loveday & Partners' compliance with regulatory requirements as part of their due diligence process.
The deal will add £600m in assets under management (AUM) and bring in 1,000 clients, increasing Titan’s AUM to £17.3bn.
