Thistle Initiatives Supports Wren Sterling Financial Group On New Acquisition
Our client Wren Sterling Financial Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist financial planning advice to private and corporate clients, has recently completed its acquisition of Critchleys Financial Planning LLP.
Thistle Initiatives was engaged by Wren Sterling to undertake compliance due diligence on the acquisition of chartered financial planning firm, Critchleys Financial Planning.
This is Wren Sterling’s second announced deal since its secondary management buyout by Lightyear Capital in 2021.
