Providing Wren Sterling With Regulatory Due Diligence Support
Our client, national financial planning firm the Wren Sterling Group, has bought a majority stake in Cornwall-based financial advisory firm Stockdale & Co.
The Investments team at Thistle Initiatives was engaged by Wren Sterling to undertake compliance due diligence on Stockdale & Co.
The majority stake comes after Wren Sterling expanded its Northern reach by adding Lancashire-based Callisto Wealth to the group, which Thistle Initiatives provided acquisition due diligence support with.
In 2023 so far, Wren Sterling has added a combined £400m in assets and 2,000 clients to its books after acquiring two advice businesses, Ralston Bennett Financial Planning, and its appointed representative business, Aspects Financial.
